Getting out there and doing these things that can seem so small to some in these circumstances is such a massive step. I’m glad you’re celebrating your strength and courage throughout, I think that’s something that will help see you through the tough days x

Good these little reminders pop up (and you've reminded me I should think about seeing a podiatrist). I think sometimes we have to see how far we've come to notice the growth (or courage, or strength)

Thank you! So good to have been to the podiatrist & that success has built upon itself.

Hi Denyse - nice to see you being so positive and upbeat after those months of feeling so down and introspective. I hope you keep progressing even further and your smile continues to shine x

Thank you Leanne for being a loyal & caring observer!

There is great respect within me for

readiness & for actually listening to my body & mind signals! I used to need others to tell me how I was going & it's only been in the recent week or so that I have "found & used my voice" ... it's been a revelation for me.

Will write about it sometime!

Denyse xx

Gosh Denyse, you've been working on your recovery with perseverance and patience.

BIG well done on your achievement today. All those small steps have carried you to finding that courage to conquer today. I read your posts and always respect the small changes in tone, mood and words that I can see. You go girl.............. what's your next step you want to take?

Ah thank you Liz! My next step will be to actually attend my psychologist appointment in person because my first one back in March was done via telehealth as I was too unwell with IBS to leave the house. I'm still doing the Nerva program each day (it's a lying down hypnotherapy tool) and helps me stay as balanced & calm as I try to be less reactive to gut signals!

I so appreciate your kind words & following along Liz

Denyse x
