I'm glad you are taking contorl. It's hard as our inner voice seems often disconnected to our best self....I love the art you did. At Kusama, she mentions she did the dots on the pumpkins for the zen feeling, and I thought of you and your Mandelas. I think you never know, you may be one step away from becoming a renowned artist...but I'm not putting pressure on you. For your enjoyment is enough.

Thank you for your insight and kind words. No, just loving the art for what I do and enjoy.

Take care,

I’m glad you are honouring your health by taking the time you need Denyse. I truly believe honouring ‘where we are at’ and giving ourselves the gift of time is the healthiest gesture we can give ourselves. 😘💜

Thank you so much. I really didn't listen to my body until I had to.. I was on a slowly moving downward spiral... wondering "why" ha! Learning a lot more now about how I can be far more at ease doing less & connecting as I am up for it. Took me a while! Only 75 years! Xx

We continue on as we think is best at the time Denyse - I think looking back through wiser eyes we also need to gift ourselves grace 💜 Much love 😘

You are always aware of what you need to do to take care of yourself. I can imagine that doing something creativity would help and it’s good to hear that it works for you

Thank you Jennifer. "Being aware" and "doing something about it" can still challenge me when I feel less than motivated but I always know it will feel better to start...and continue on my creative way..and I do.

Take care

Hi Denyse - I think knowing when to slow down, giving yourself grace and time to continue the healing process is key to gradually getting back to feeling well. I really like this quote:

"You're not healing to be able to handle trauma, pain, anxiety, depression. You're used to those.

You're healing to be able to handle joy and to accept happiness back into your life."
