Isn't it good to look back on things Denyse and see them with new eyes? Taking in nioes and having a smile is good advice. Thanks for sharing and joining us for #WBOYC.

I love that you are able to look at the same experience through a different lens, Denyse. Your advice for anyone interviewing for a job is spot-on. Going in prepared and with a smile on your face can't help but shine a positive light on you and your qualifications.

I love how you're re visiting your life events in the context of choice. I enjoy your education posts. I'm finding as I get older, my mind is going back and remembering things that I had forgotten and also revisiting things that I have always remembered. I think it's a part of ageing that I had previously given no thought to.

As onerous as the selection criteria is, its comforting to know the department takes these senior appointments so seriously. I also like how you're looking back through a different lens.

My eyes rolled back in my head when I read that selection criteria and it makes me so VERY happy that I never have to address one ever again - I LOVE retirement!

Hi Denyse, a great idea to document this time in your life from a new wiser perspective. We need to celebrate our wins and being offered the job, no matter what followed is certainly an achievement. Thanks for linking up with us at #WBOYC? and have a lovely weekend. x
