This is a short post today.
I’ve had a challenging time with my emotional and physical health over the past weeks some of which could be attributed to the sessions of trauma based therapy, EMDR and news received that did not help my equilibrium. It’s something around change and it’s around grief too.

Hi Denyse - sorry to hear that you've had a setback, but you're still so much stronger than you were, and so much more aware of what you need to be able to navigate this period of healing and recalibrating. I hope the week ahead proves to be a refreshing one and you can feel calm and centered and ready for whatever comes next. x
I am so sorry this was a tough week for you. I am sure that heat and humidity didn't help. I simply can't do humidity any more. God bless you. So glad you are getting help moving through this past trauma. You have come so very far and have so many reasons to keep attacking this demon and hopefully, putting it in its place once and for all. I love your smile and hope this new week sees you smiling so much more.
